Thank you for logging into RSM’s online purchasing system. Please find below a ‘Step-by-step Guide’ on how to use the system

  1. In the top right hand corner you will see the Account tab. Please select that and log in. If you have not already created an account please fill in the ‘become an online customer’ form that is under the Sign in boxes. Once you have completed the form you will be sent an email with log in details.
  2. Once logged in this will instantly add your confidential prices to the products page. Items can now be selected and added to ‘your basket’
  3. Please select all the products you require and then go to ‘checkout’
  4. This will take you to the information page. Please check your order is correct and then complete the rest of the form – including delivery address, billing address and order numbers
  5. After this the system will complete your shipping costs and take you to the review page of the full order
  6. Please make sure everything is correct and select ‘confirm order’
  7. Your order is now placed! You will now be contacted by the office to confirm your order, delivery cost and to discuss the payment options.
