Calibration Hose
Calibration Hose is used to inflate drag in liners once they have been pulled into place. It also enables inversion liners to be installed from a single access point to a blind end.

Calibration hose is available in various guises to suit even the most demanding of applications from small diameter ambient liners, to hot cure longer length applications.
Characteristics:
- Used to inflate liners once installed.
- Enables liners to be installed from a single access point.

High frequency weld. Diameter: 50mm (2in) to 200mm (8in).Recommended for ambient and warm cure applications. Colour choices: Green, Blue, Violet and Yellow
Stitched and weld. Diameter: 100mm (4in) to 300mm (12in). Recommended for ambient and warm cure applications. Can also be used for steam cure. Colour choice: Translucent

Stitched and weld. Diameter: 100mm (4in)+. Recommended for ambient and hot cure applications, including large diameters. Can also be used for steam cure. Can be sized and used as heavy duty pre liner. Colour choice: White
VALERON
To compliment our range of liners and resins, we offer a range of Pre liners in various strengths.
Pre liner is installed prior to the CIPP installation, and is used to prevent resin washout of the needlefelt tube. Pre liner also prevents egress of the resin through the host pipe. It protects the liner during the installation and ensures good quality cured liner.
Stitched only. Diameter: 100mm (4in) – 1500mm (60in) plus. To be used in pipes with water infiltration.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Stops egress of resin from the liner out of the host pipe.
- Ensures good quality cured liner.
- Protects liner during installation from badly damaged pipes.
