The Full Support of our Knowledge
We offer full customer support in all aspects of the CIPP process, anything from the tender stage to completion of the finished project. Our consultation involves much more than just assisting in material and equipment choice.
Our specialist sales team and technical support team have the ability to assist you in material choice, to suit a particularly stringent client specification or installation advice when you are posed with a technically challenging set of installation criteria. Coupled with our diverse and capable product range, RSM offer the complete remote consultation package.
In conjunction with our training packages and liner impregnation service RSM also offer a bespoke on site technical support service. With over 40 years combined experience at all levels of the industry, our technical support team headed up by Peter Ringland is ideally placed to offer support on challenging projects of all diameters. Along with our extensive range of specialist hire equipment for challenging installations, we are dedicated to supporting the growth of our contractors and are fully committed to offering every customer the advice and support needed on or off site to maximise their earning potential.
As a supplier we also offer an on or off site review service, which is particularly useful to the larger contractor. We have the ability to provide on site audits, focussing on anything from Health and Safety, liner preparation, to installation good practice. This service is the perfect addition to our range of EU Skills approved training courses to ensure that the operatives are continuing to follow the best practise in the field.
