In response to our growing number of customers around
the world you should now notice that the website and pricing is available in
different currencies.
We have done this in response to our customers needs
as we believe it helps you by eliminating the uncertainty of currency fluctuations
and allowing you to quote for work with the benefit of knowing the exact cost
of your materials.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders to the UK mainland over £400 excluding vat
are shipped free of charge on our standard 2 day service, where a customer requires
the goods the following day or even the same day we will only charge the extra
cost to us.
All delivery charges for overseas shipments are
charged at cost price.
PRICES
You can now view pricing in either UK Sterling, Australian Dollars or Euro using the currency drop down at the head of the website or the price box on each individual product. All prices exclude VAT. The VAT total id confirmed during the checkout process.
QUALITY & SERVICE
RSM has built its business on quality and service. We also aim to answer the phone in three rings or fewer. Whoever answers the phone will take the order if you wish, while if you need to speak to a particular person we never play music while you are on hold. Each customer is assigned an employee of RSM will who will keep in touch with you to make sure that you never run out of materials.
PAYMENT
All transactions made through our website require up front payment. Our payment options are PayPal, Credit/Debit card and Cheque. If you do not already have a PayPal account go to http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Conditions. Sale orders are only accepted subject to the terms of business set out below. We cannot accept any other terms.
- All information contained in our
website, brochures and sales literature is to the best of our knowledge
true and accurate at the time of press. We do not accept responsibility
for damage, injury, loss or expense resulting from any error or
omissions. We reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue any
product or to change the design of any product as part of our product
improvement programme. We are unable to accept responsibility in
respect of factors outside our knowledge or control.
- We guarantee to replace faulty goods
supplied by RSM or if we decide, refund the purchase price subject to
the claim being made in writing and agreed by us. We shall not be under
any liability for any consequential damage or loss arising or said to
arise from the use of any of our products.
- We are not responsible for the
installation of the products supplied, if faults occur whist carrying
out installation of our products, if not carried out in accordance to
the WRc handbook and trained personal RSM can’t be responsible for any
damage or errors made.
- Prices quoted are cost prices excluding VAT. VAT is added and will be shown on the invoice.
- Damage or Loss in transit. In the
event or non-delivery/shortages we should be advised in writing within
3 days of the receipt of the invoice. In the case of damaged goods the
delivery note should be signed ‘damaged’ and the company notified in
writing immediately.
- Payment terms. Payment for any
orders made will be required in full before any goods will be
dispatched. It is a condition of opening an account that buyers accept
this condition.
- Specific Conditions of sale. The
title of ownership of the goods sole does not pass to the buyer until
the seller has received payment in full for the goods and if the buyer
purports to sell the goods before payment the proceeds of the sale in
the hands of the buyer shall belong to the seller until payment for the
good has been received by the seller.
