The final member of our sales team is Phil Steele, our Sales Director.
Phil started his career at RSM in November 2011 as an Area Sales Manager.
Before his employment here, he was an Internal Sales Executive for an IT network provider, providing transferable skills to his role at RSM. Due to his work ethic & incredible dedication over the last nine years, Phil was promoted to Sales Director in the December of 2018.
Phil’s role focuses on optimising the sales strategy for the full RSM group. His responsibilities include the management of our key account customers, product innovation, ensuring high levels of customer service across the board, and guidance to our full sales team.
What do you enjoy most about your role at RSM Lining Supplies?
The fast-paced environment and excitement of bringing new products and innovation from across the world to the CIPP industry.
What is the most important thing that working at RSM Lining Supplies has taught you?
That growth and opportunities continually evolve, and consistency and hard work pays off.
Where do you hope to see yourself at RSM in five years’ time?
To continue to be part of a growing company that is continuing to develop new technology and offering this to its customers, along with consistently providing a great customer service level to our loyal client base.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I like to exercise by running & cycling regularly and like to reward myself for doing so by having a few beers!
Finally, what is something that most people don’t know about you?
I completed the York marathon in under 4 hours
