Another key member of our sales team is Emma Sherburn. Emma was an English Language graduate who studied at the University of Leeds. She joined RSM in 2017 as a Sales Administrator and due to a superb work ethic and dedication, has recently been promoted to our Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator. Along with assisting our Sales Director in managing the key accounts, Emma has full responsibility for our marketing literature and social media presence. Emma’s attention to detail, her creative spark, and her impeccably kind nature makes her one of the sales teams key assets.
What do you enjoy most about your role at RSM Lining Supplies?
The variety of different aspects of the job that I complete every day. It is incredibly fast paced and it gives me great satisfaction ensuring we react and offer a fantastic service to our customer base.
What is the most important thing that working at RSM Lining Supplies has taught you?
The importance of working hard and going above and beyond to ensure high levels of customer service throughout.
Where do you hope to see yourself at RSM in five years’ time?
I would like to continue to be at the forefront of our sales and marketing department by enhancing our customers experience through new and innovative marketing methods.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Reading, socialising, and long country walks with my partner.
Finally, what is something that most people don’t know about you?
I have danced from a young age and still do recreationally.
